Not just incompetent but dangerous. Years ago, perhaps 2009, I went to her with a minor back injury. The first session was fine. At the end of the 2nd I was in greater pain than when I arrived. The 3rd went okay. At the end of the 4th the pain was so severe I was unable to get off the table for more than an hour. When I requested she call an ambulance she refused.
