I called and scheduled an appointment to get treatment. The day before my appointment I woke up sick at 6:45 am so I texted this business that morning to cancel my appointment . She replied to my text a couple of hours later. I was told to contact her when I felt better. Five days later I contacted this business to reschedule my appointment. Electrolysis is great for those who need permanent hair loss. Ellen is very thorough and knowledgable. She is able to control the intensity of the energy used on the follicle and does so to prevent any pain. Although, I definitely recommend a lidocaine numbing cream Rx from your doctor before your visit. Her office will start to feel like a home away from home. Thank you Ellen for all of your help :)
