I came here to make a negative review due to an unpleasant experience with this very rude and entitled Doctor. I was not surprised at all when I saw she has a 3.5 rating.
I have absolutely nothing to say about this Dr but good things I feel she truly tries to help her patients be free of pain because nowadays doctors don’t want to help. I give her five stars, but I would give her the whole sky if I could if you need help with pain, Dr. Duncan is amazing and her staff is so kind I wouldn’t go to another doctor.
Trying to charge when I have no copay and they are rude Office throws all the paperwork in your face acting like you're seeking before your first appt Dr wanted to charge me a copay when I have none. I called my insurance while I was there to confirm, they spoke to the office over the phone and they still wanted me to pay anyway... Dr was extremely rude came out with an attitude and escalated to saying I can pay the copay because it's her decision of she waives it or not otherwise if I don't want to pay it I can leave before... read more
