There are very few Endocrinologists on the MS Coast. It took me from January to July to get in to establish care and thankfully my PCP could manage my levels until then. They called me back very quickly and things moved smoothly. She does seem very thorough and she took her time and explained things well. I’m very excited to have her to take care of my endo needs. I also loved the girls in the back. They made a ‘dr’s’ visit as pleasant as it can be. Thank you all!

This review in no way is a reflection of Doctor Caswell. This review is about Jamie Smith only whom which is part of her staff. I have had to file a grievance with memorial health in regard to her neglect, unprofessionalism, lack of follow through, lack of communication and putting my health at severe risk. The two-star rating reflects my experience attempting to obtain care from this office. I scheduled an appointment months in advance, only to have it rescheduled by the office when the date arrived. The rescheduled appointment was then canceled and moved again. When the third proposed date and time conflicted with my work schedule, I was told I would be placed on a waitlist and contacted at the first available opening. When was called to asked about my biopsy refer, the front desk attendant did not greet me. When I stated my name and told her that the refer was sent out over 2 weeks now and this office is the 3 one they sent me. she sighed loudly and told me I needed to wait, without providing a reason for the delay. “Her first appointment will be open in Jun” Deer the girl at the font desk I hope no one in your family have cancer.
