Dr. Caswell was very thorough when speaking with me and explaining to me what tests and treatment options she recommended. She takes her time when talking to you and takes note of everything to ensure nothing is missed nor forgotten. Her H&P was very thorough, so if I need to switch doctors (I travel with work), then whomever I go to see should have no issues understanding my background.
I’m a 2 time cancer survivor and felt devalued. I basically begged for help. She put me through 2+ months of hell because she would not consider my symptoms only TEST results. After 2 months of agony my messages of desperation were left unanswered. Test results are in and Dr. Caswell, you are fired!
Dr. Caswell and her staff are friendly, professionals that care beyond my visit. I have received phone updates on lab work. I feel I am in a partnership with my healthcare team.
