Hello, this CRNP failed to provide care to myself. I was referred by my PCP. Ellen failed to talk to me, she failed to make an exception because their office is difficult to find. Despite my phone call to their office asking for assistance to their office, Ellen failed as a medical professional. I left Ellen's office in worst shape before I went into her office. Ellen has no compassion. I was directed to go to the ER. Ellen failed.
