Excellent customer care and professionalism
First of all.. I hate going to the dentist… I saw Dr. Folbe as a second opinion for a botched in office wisdom tooth extraction from the dentist I was seeing at the time. This entire experience was incredibly painful and traumatic and Dr. Folbe was so fast to validate my feelings and verify that the tooth should not have been pulled in office.
