Called for prescription refill on Friday but because of banking hours I had to call the on call person Rau only to be told he was on vacation and didn't have my chart so I called first thing Monday 8:00 AM and received a return call at 5:30 PM telling me I had to make an appointment to refill prescription. Drs are all about money not their patients
Amazing doctor. She knew I had a Melanoma upon immediately seeing it and saved me from needing radiation therapy. I would highly recommend Dr. Markstein.
