I had such a great experience with Suwanna. I had a picture and explained what I wanted with my hair (lighter highlights to distract from my white hairs but but still in a balayage style) and some conservative, thin layers. When she dried my hair the color was very blonde. I usually have an open mind about things and wait a few days to really see how I feel about it, but Suwanna said it was too blonde for my dark brown hair. She was right.
