Say what you like about real estate agents, let me tell you that Jayse Russo is the ultimate agent. We were in the market for a new chapter in our lives, and a move to the west lake area. Jayse knew what we wanted, and ultimately we found it through him. We could sit down with him, and his will do attitude and transparency and honesty won us over. Also Jay, his offsider that we dealt with a few times was a good bloke. Highly recommended and highly regarded.

Both Ben & Amelia were fantastic to deal with from our first inspection through to the exchange process on our purchase. We engaged Ellejayne Realty to manage our investment property and unfortunately our experience did not meet expectations. Following the change of management, we experienced multiple administrative and compliance issues, including water and council rates remaining unpaid for an extended period (approximately 12 months), despite the management agreement providing that these were to be paid by the agent.
