We engaged Ellejayne Realty to manage our investment property and unfortunately our experience did not meet expectations. Following the change of management, we experienced multiple administrative and compliance issues, including water and council rates remaining unpaid for an extended period (approximately 12 months), despite the management agreement providing that these were to be paid by the agent. Very disappointing experience as a buyer. Settlement day was less than ideal. Being ghosted on follow up questions is also very disappointing.
I had a terrible experience from start to finish with Ben . There was false advertising, and the agent consistently failed to answer calls or return messages. They were extremely difficult to deal with throughout the process and especially leading up to settlement. I understand many people call to waste time, but ignoring genuine clients shows a clear lack of respect and professionalism. I’m very disappointed with how the entire sales process was handled.
Ben made our off-market buying experience feel calm, clear and genuinely supported. His communication was reassuring, his guidance was honest, and we always felt he had our best interests at heart.
