Don't use Elleisha's, unless you enjoy staff not calling you and not showing up. I am an NDIS client, Wollongong branch. I've only had my cleaner once, but she did a great job (Nasrin). My carpet cleaner cancelled on Wednesday and they rescheduled for 10:30 the next day. I work, so my mum came over to let them in - by 11, nobody had shown up and nobody had contacted me.
