We recently sold our home in Winona Mn ........it was recommended that as a prerequisite to the sale I should have a radon evaluation. The reports suggested that a radon elimination system be installed. Ellefson builders were recommended to us and I contacted Mike Ellefson for an estimate. I was quoted a price and sent a $500.00 check that I was told would insure the job being done prior to the closing date. Mike Ellifson of Ellisfson builders has been a huge help to me and my husband. He is very professional and always responds to our messages/emails right away. He always goes out of his way to look up resource information for us, answer any questions we may have about the property, he gives explinations or instructions when we need them without any judgement , and truly listens to what we have to say. I would deffinately recommend Ellefson Builders to anyone looking for home.
Mike's work was professionally done. Mike was at our home to do the work at exactly the time we had agreed. He was prompt on answering our questions before and after the work was accomplished. At work completion, he left the worksite in good order.
I've lived at Midwestern Apartments for going on two years and I definitely got lucky finding such a great first place to live on my own. I don't have much experience with landlords, but Mike has to be among the best. Any complaints I could have are either out of his control (lack of recycling on site) or things that he makes a priority to fix (an Asian beetle problem last fall resulted in Mike calling a company to spray the apartment).
