I’ve been going to this nail shop since I moved to West Sacramento five years ago. I was a regular there and Jessica used to do my nails. She was the best! very professional, Creative and kind. Since she left the shop, I went to other technicians there. One of them drilled my skin off. A time after that, I set an appointment two days in advance for a full set. Management is the worst. No heat in the winter and no a/c in the summer. Found another place in West Sacramento that actually cares about their customers. What place has you send a text requesting an appointment then wait a day to get a response or you having to follow up because you don't get a response.

I've here many times, and yes sometimes they can be a bit rough when clean my toe nails. This time my experience was not so good. I went in for a pedicure, as always. But this time I was not shown a menú, when I saw she was just washing my feet I asked for a menú and said what pedicure I wanted, she put my feet in cold water, wasn't given the sea salt scrub, was never given the full pedicure as described on the menú.
