DID NOT LISTEN. I was very specif about how to hold her hand to get the achieved layered effect. Jessica agreed. Then by the time it got to the cutting, she went back to the 'standard' way of cutting. She cut the very back 1st so there was no correction i could give seeing how the back would have been drastically different. If she was unsure what we had agreed on she should of asked. I have been going to Kari for a couple years now and I have been satisfied every time! I was bleach blonde for a bit with her and then swapped to brunette with 18 inch extensions and I still love it! She’s amazing and very personable ❤️
Rebekah is a genius at color. She gave my hair dimension, and as a blonde this is not easy. She took the time to listen to what I wanted then perfected my highlights. I started to see Hannah because of a change in schedule and she is fantastic also. The salon is clean, on trend and the price is normal for the quality.
