I have used her service for 10 years. She has a great understanding of the curly hair. 😍
I just called to book in for a hair wash and when the time was too late for me the lady just said bye and hung up on me. Literally did not offer another day or time, didn't wait for me to say goodbye, just hung up in my ear. Unbelievably rude for a business to have such poor phone etiquette.
