I have never had a more frustrating experience. I bought a deal through Groupon, or I would have given up on this company long before I did. I called to schedule an appointment and never received a call back. I scheduled the appointment online, no one showed up. I called and was told that they hadn't seen my appointment in the system, so I rescheduled. Elle Cleaning Services (and Tracy the owner) are excellent! They are very responsive and flexible with schedules and needs. And the cleaning is first-rate and professional. All my experience with the Tracy and the company has been incredibly courteous and professional. I highly recommend them!! We used their services with an AirBnb rental so if you need somebody for your AirBnb, I highly recommend them. Again, they are incredibly flexible, helpful, and professional.
Moving from one state to another, I was slowly losing energy but I wanted to be settled in and have a day to rest before my new life in Chicago began. Though the apartment I was moving into seem to be clean I believe in doing my own cleaning before unpacking.
