poor customer service - after the 8000 dollar check clear. Before the contract was sign she agreed to make any alterations on the dress however when everyone told her the dress was crooked one sleeve up and on down she became UNPROFESSIONAL and shift the blame on the customer when i mentioned again 8000 dollars is too much to pay for a dress that's non-functional and crooked. The consultation and fitting went great. The communication was awesome. Ella was very knowledgeable, polite, and flexible with our schedule. The final product was gorgeous and really fit the occasion when my daughter was crowned Prom Queen
