I discovered Ellaz Bridal on Facebook. Although she hasn’t created custom suits for a while, she still decided to make my prom suit. She brought my vision to life, and I genuinely appreciate Ellaz Bridal for their exceptional work.

I found this shop on Google looking for prom dresses and decided to try here for my daughter. We tried other stores but when we walked in here my daughter immediately found her dress. Everyone is professional and kind and she was so gentle w/ my daughter. My daughter got so many compliments about her dress and it fit her so perfectly. We will definitely be back for any other formal events we have.

poor customer service - after the 8000 dollar check clear. Before the contract was sign she agreed to make any alterations on the dress however when everyone told her the dress was crooked one sleeve up and on down she became UNPROFESSIONAL and shift the blame on the customer when i mentioned again 8000 dollars is too much to pay for a dress that's non-functional and crooked. I live in Richmond, Va and was referred to Ellaz Bridal by a coworker, for my daughter’s custom prom dress. I contacted them via social media and got a response within minutes. The consultation and fitting went great. The communication was awesome. Ella was very knowledgeable, polite, and flexible with our schedule. The final product was gorgeous and really fit the occasion when my daughter was crowned Prom Queen
