I went to this location 3 times. First time was February 2023, I went in for a haircut and asked for layers and curtain bangs, she only cut my hair into layers the first time and did not give me the curtain bangs I asked for. The Second time I went to this location was again February 2024 I had SCHEDULED a appointment for the same haircut, I went in EARLY and STILL had to wait 1 whole hour to get my haircut, on top of that she rushed my haircut, she didn’t properly measure nor take off dead ends.
