Worst service ever. I was all nice and calm. Had traffic on highway. Owner was ranting all over me. I personally apologized in store, but she kept giving attitude. At the end of day, everyone has a different situation. If only the owners attitude was a little bit nicer, then I would take her service. However, she gave a nasty attitude with a bit of racism mixture. Just wow when she opened her mouth, asked quote on quote is this your first time in SPA? I hope sure was my last time in your SPA.
