Ella is an absolute angel! I've been to her three times, so far, and am so glad I found her. The peach fuzz on my sideburns and upper lip are noticeably less and less, and my skin looks amazing. She is competent and caring. Electrolysis is no fun, but I swear by a good 5% lidocaine cream that I found on Amazon, and Ella checks often to make sure you're tolerating the treatment okay. Ella is an absolute professional. She is highly skilled, knowledgeable and patient. I was really nervous when I had my first appointment but Ella is reassuring and explains everything making things much better. This was my first facial ever. I was definitely not disappointed. I felt very calm and peaceful. Ella is not only amazing at her job, but a kind hearted lovely woman. The two made my experience amazing. I suffer from a lot of acne and Ella knew the right tricks to help it and even suggested after care so I can continue to keep up with the amazing change she did on my skin. I highly recommend Ella!!! You definitely won’t be disappointed!
I have never done over trial before, but it truly is an amazing process and it works. If you have those stubborn spots that you need help with this is the way to go. Ella is very knowledgeable and no matter what age you are she will make your skin feel so beautiful. She will help you with any concerns you may have about your skin, sweet, gentle, very professional. I can’t wait for a facial wedding to go to in a couple weeks and I just wanna feel my best.
