Ella is an absolute angel! I've been to her three times, so far, and am so glad I found her. The peach fuzz on my sideburns and upper lip are noticeably less and less, and my skin looks amazing. She is competent and caring. Electrolysis is no fun, but I swear by a good 5% lidocaine cream that I found on Amazon, and Ella checks often to make sure you're tolerating the treatment okay. This was my first facial ever. I was definitely not disappointed. I felt very calm and peaceful. Ella is not only amazing at her job, but a kind hearted lovely woman. The two made my experience amazing. I suffer from a lot of acne and Ella knew the right tricks to help it and even suggested after care so I can continue to keep up with the amazing change she did on my skin. I highly recommend Ella!!! You definitely won’t be disappointed!
Ella is an absolute professional. She is highly skilled, knowledgeable and patient. I was really nervous when I had my first appointment but Ella is reassuring and explains everything making things much better. Ive had maybe 4 electrolysis treatments so far and results are impressive! I’ve been really happy with my treatments - Highly recommend.
I have been going to Ella for electrolysis and skin care for the last 4 years. I’ve lived all over the US and Ella is the best esthetician I have ever had. I’ve had electrolysis since I was 21 years old and I am now in my 60s. It always came back, it hurt, and I have some minor scares. But, not with Ella!! She has cleared my face and upper lip and her equipment is painless. My skin is in the best condition it has ever been. Ella is very knowledgeable, professional and a real pleasure to get to know!
