Absolutely terrible service this past Friday night.. sat at the bar and waited 15 minutes to be greeted ( it was not busy), then finally ordered drinks and got them 10+ minutes after that.. the bartender was more interested in talking to some guys in the corner then taking care of us as she was forgetting things and not checking in at all. Really unfortunate to say I don’t think this place will last much longer.
While I had been recommended to visit Ella's Pizza for a long time, the overall experience was just okay and definitely not family-friendly. The vibe is perfect for a young adult crowd, but the service was poor, and the food fell short, especially for the kids, who did not like their pasta and personal pizza. We tried this place for the first time because we had a show at the theater next door. We looked up the menu online in advanced before we went but when we got there a lot of the items on the menu weren't on the menu anymore. It felt like we were missing half our menu. Demographics should not matter, but I think it’s important to note that I am 73 years old. I have eaten in restaurants all over the country and all over the world for that matter. I ordered the spiced rigatoni I have never in my life seen such a small serving. We laughed at it. It looked like a children serving as for the quality of food marginal at best yes it’s next-door to the Paramount, but I suggest you walk a little further and find another place. This place is definitely sub par!!
The chicken and shrimp pasta plates were great. Overall, the food was delicious & right next to paramount. Ask for discount, if you have tickets. Awesome tasting deserts. The service was good.
