I have always admired other people’s permanent jewelry but was a little unsure about getting my own. I didn’t know if it would suit me. I am going on vacation and decided to do it. Sheila sat with me and talked me through the process while giving me good advice on what would work best for me. She helped me make the perfect choice. I got two bracelets and an anklet and I absolutely LOVE them. From booking the appointment to the final payment was a great experience.
I had the BEST experience at Ellara getting my permanent bracelets! From the second I walked in the customer service was top-notch—Shiela was incredibly patient while I tried on different gold and silver chains to find the perfect stack to fit my style. I have been here twice with my partner and each time the experience so nice and welcoming. The lady there is very attentive and made sure I was very comfortable the whole way through. I have gotten 2 pieces of permanent jewelry, one where she had put on a complimentary clasp so I would be able to wear it whenever I want! 10/10 recommend this place if you are interested in permanent jewelry, I live across the city and this I will always choose this place to return to
