I have been here twice with my partner and each time the experience so nice and welcoming. The lady there is very attentive and made sure I was very comfortable the whole way through. I have gotten 2 pieces of permanent jewelry, one where she had put on a complimentary clasp so I would be able to wear it whenever I want! 10/10 recommend this place if you are interested in permanent jewelry, I live across the city and this I will always choose this place to return to
What a fabulous shop! My two adult daughters first took me here a couple of years ago and we’ve been thrilled with the quality of jewellery, the exceptional customer service, and the peacefulness of the place ever since! This is an affordable treat you just can’t miss! We absolutely love it!
I had a permanent jewelry appointment here and it was honestly the most amazing experience. Sheila is so friendly, helpful, and kind! She immediately made me feel comfortable. Her studio space is absolutely beautiful and so clean. She explained everything clearly and helped me choose the perfect piece. I couldn’t be happier with my hand chain… it’s exactly what I wanted and more. Highly recommend!!!
Sheila is amazing at what she does - she puts so much care into her work and it really shows. But what stands out the most and makes Ellara the best IS Sheila. She is truly the nicest, sweetest person and every appointment with her is so lovely. She has done multiple brackets for myself and my partner and has gone above and beyond in terms of the service she provides.
