thinking about just giving up on my lease here. tired of the mold, stinks bugs and my complaints being ignored. The only person (Frank ) who is a big help with solving issues is unavailable. There is no point in paying rent for an apartment that's not worth the asking price. I've been patient but I'm tired of the excuses every month. our money is being taken no matter what the condition of the apartment is or if you need repairs. Frank I'm hoping you see these and work towards getting your tenants better service.
this is the second day that I have missed work because we are snowed in our parking lot. no one has come with a snow truck to plow and cars are stuck in the middle of the parking lot. it's this way every year!

Not a good place to move unless you really need somewhere to go. I've been patient trying to work with the people in the office to get repairs done on my apartment but nothing gets done. Can't even get a phone call back. If it's not about money they pay it no attention. They only have 3 maintenance men so it's not even enough staff to cover the whole complex. I've been keeping quiet.
