Had my first appointment at Ella Vive today for a balayage, cut and style. I had a wonderful experience! The salon was clean with beautiful decor. Kaitlynn is very knowledgeable and it’s clear she takes pride in her craft. I truly appreciated the time and care she took on my hair - I am so happy with the result! My expectations were exceeded and I’m looking forward to returning!

I'm here on Saturday the 16th of March for my 9 am appointment and no one is here.... Google says they were supposed to be open at 8 and no one is here.... I got no call to cancel NOTHING....
