Staff is nice, however the nail service I received today was probably the worst I have gotten done. I am no stranger to getting my nails done and I understand paying for quality service. Throughout the service, I was constantly putting my hands into the light not really able to see what was going on with my nails. The pictures speak for themself. Terrible service they charged a $25 up charge for gel polish. I was quoted $35 for pedicure. Never told about additional $25 that is crazy Terrible customer service i will never return
$25 for gel color add on?? They are so overpriced. The whole bottle does not cost $25. Expected a $35 +$10 add on pedicure and maybe $5-$10 for gel color. Shocked at the $70 pedicure price for no more than 30 min. Not only was it not relaxing, the aftermath of paying $25 for gel color just stressed me out more. I would NOT recommend this place. They are a rip off and the service is really nothing special and they don't disclose the add-on prices ahead of time. Very very unprofessional business that just lost a customer.
everyone is so kind and all care about their clients. Every single one of them are very hard workers who want to make sure you’re happy with any service . They always will make time for you and do anything you ask. Love Ella’s nails! She always gets me complements
Very reasonably priced and always efficient! I’ve been going here for years and have probably had every lady help me. Always friendly. They know I don’t like long services, so they always get me in and out quickly!
