Everyone at Ella was so friendly and completely flexible. Sharon in alterations was awesome and let me push getting alterations done until a few weeks out. My dress fits perfect!

Lisa and Jackie were so attentive for my bridal appointment, and they were so in tune to what I wanted. Came in today as a walk in just curiously dress shopping- was kindly greeted and taken right in under the care of Emily. She was beyond friendly and very helpful honest and understanding. I'm 99% sure I found my dress today and am anxious to return back with more family members for a definite "yes." Emily was one of the nicest people in customer service I've experienced in a long time. She deserves a raise or some recognition! So far so good!
