Everyone at Ella was so friendly and completely flexible. Sharon in alterations was awesome and let me push getting alterations done until a few weeks out. My dress fits perfect!
Ella Park Bridal provided exceptional service from start to finish in helping me find my bridal gown! Lisa and Jackie were so attentive for my bridal appointment, and they were so in tune to what I wanted. Came in today as a walk in just curiously dress shopping- was kindly greeted and taken right in under the care of Emily. She was beyond friendly and very helpful honest and understanding. I'm 99% sure I found my dress today and am anxious to return back with more family members for a definite "yes." Emily was one of the nicest people in customer service I've experienced in a long time. She deserves a raise or some recognition! So far so good!
