I called the day before to schedule a blowout, and the receptionist was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. From the moment I walked into the salon, I felt genuinely cared for and warmly welcomed. My hair color was a little off, but Ellie worked her magic and toned it beautifully. I have seen Jessica twice now for color services and she is INCREDIBLE! I am very grateful to have found her through my coworker. The first time I saw her she did a a color corrective service on me. She worked very hard to ensure my hair was more consistent throughout, and also provided some low lights to create more of a highlight look. I saw her again today and was booked for just a gloss, but she was able to accommodate and add some additional "money piece" highlights that I wanted. Elly was AMAZING! I brought in pictures of cut and color and she matched EXACTLY! And the blow out was one of the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend, coming from a 1st time visitor apprehensive about trying someplace new!

I just called the salon about two minutes ago and asked the Receptionist, if they do express keratins and she said she wasn’t sure then asked me if there was a difference between the keratins and I said that she would have to check with the beauticians there for that answer and before I could finish saying anything, she hung up on me. I am not a beautician.
