I saw Dr. Leung the day after Christmas in need of an urgent appt after a same day referral due to a retinal tear/hole. It being end of day, right after the Christmas holiday, she took the time to explain to me what was going on, what the plan of attack was. I was in a bit of shock, not realizing how serious my condition was and how quickly I was going to need a laser treatment right then. She has a bad attitude and lacks empathy for hurting patients, my wife needed a prescription 2 days post op and she refused to fill it and said to go to the er if she’s in that much pain 0/10 would not recommend her to anyone the bar should re evaluate her license.
Dr Leung is a fantastic eye specialist. She did wonders correcting my left eye issues. Now the same issue has risen with my right eye. But getting an appointment to see her is difficult. I got rejected for an appointment because I hadn't seen another eye doctor. When I tried to explain what I know is happening I was stonewalled by the receptionist.
