Came here for the first time today, looking for nice spot to study. The vibe was phenomenal, the food was great, the pit matcha is delicious, and the staff is AMAZING! It’s very cozy-homey. I love how the music is chill and not TOO loud! Will def be coming back!
Always loved Ella and normally come here a lot. The website is down so unable to order ahead so I called because I have a baby in the car and see if I could call ahead to order food and the girl said no have to order inside and wait. They wont take orders over the phone. Even with website not working??she said no. I asked for the manager and she said she's not here. What an incredibly poor customer service you all have. What an easy way to lose a routine customer
