Wow...This place is awful. First of all this place is so overpriced it's ridiculous. I went to the Broadway location this past friday and got a Manicure and Pedicure. I got my Manicure everything was fine during the service. The manicurist then informed that a different lady will be doing my pedicure. This lady was just starting a manicure. 1 hour later she is finally done with the manicure and then takes me over to the pedicure station. I was beyond annoyed I had to wait that long.
