I have had my brows and lashes done at quite a few Ella Bache locations and this was by far the worst experience in a location. The brow tint was almost black when I had asked for a tint to match my dark blonde roots. It was also patchy where there are still blonde patches to my eyebrows. I was left with dye all around my eyes afterwards and on my nose (?) after the lash tint and had to remove myself in store. Pretty bad customer service
Had lovely massage here. Great service from the masseur who's name I forget but she was Iranian. Very friendly and professional

I had the 2.5 hour pamper package with Morbenya, She was lovely and I would highly recommend.
I had a 30 minute massage with Morbenya it was great and so relaxing.
