Im really happy with Renae and the salon.
I normally love the service and treatments here but I went today to use a gift voucher I got for Christmas, two months ago!!! and was asked to pay an extra $5 on top of the voucher due to a new owner! Legally gift vouchers are legal for a prepaid service of up to three years. I was shocked and didn’t wish to make a fuss and paid the extra $5 but got to thinking later how many others might be caught out paying more for a gift voucher service when they shouldn’t have to! Not good Ella bache! Do better plz!

I was gifted a brow wax and tint, massage, facial and pedicure. It was all extraordinary, particularly the massage and facial. There weee delicious snacks and the.staff were extremely courteous and gracious. Thank you for a lovely experience.
Bec did the most wonderful facial and from a fussy client with eyebrows she did amazing, they look perfect. Sheridan is always so welcoming and lovely every time you walk in the door
