Coming from a place with super high rent, to a place where they treat you like home and super cheap! Best experience EVER on our move in and it couldn't be possible without O'Naria's amazing a HIGH quality service and help, and Shannon's a comforting and reliable service! Both make us feel welcomed!
My wife and I recently moved here and the experience so far has been amazing. We are thankful for all the help and support received by management and the residential team, specially Ms. O’Naria, she went above and beyond for us and we are pleased with the complex. The apartment is clean, neighbors are friendly and the park next door is great for my pets. Is a great location and we highly recommend.
Do not move here unless you want to have cockroaches as roommates. I have never lived in such a dirty and slummy apartment and moved out as soon as I could. I was met with ridiculous move out fees and a phone number where an automated message does nothing to help. On top of that, power was occasionally shut off with no warning and the best part about this place is that they charge you for your parking spot! They will find absolutely anything and everything to charge you and are less than sympathetic towards any resolution. Y... read more

When mme my wife and daughter moved in the rent was $1875 month later rent went to $2304.00 and also when moving out the manager kept the full deposit
