Do not move here unless you want to have cockroaches as roommates. I have never lived in such a dirty and slummy apartment and moved out as soon as I could. I was met with ridiculous move out fees and a phone number where an automated message does nothing to help. On top of that, power was occasionally shut off with no warning and the best part about this place is that they charge you for your parking spot! When mme my wife and daughter moved in the rent was $1875 month later rent went to $2304.00 and also when moving out the manager kept the full deposit
I wanted to wait a couple months after moving in to add my review. The move in process was easy. I did request accommodation for my wheelchair when I moved in back in March. We are going into July and I haven't heard back from Shannon. There are so many bugs in and around the apartments. I've never lived in such a place before. They are overpriced for how outdated they are and they make you pay for your parking spot.
The leasing office made my move to ella apts very smooth. Onara in tge leasing office was amazing. She put together a lil welcome bag with goodies and made moving here stress free. She answers all my questions and when i had a maintence issue she made sure it was done almost within the hour. Awsome place if your looking for a helpful management team. Thank you again Onara, your awsome!
