They performed a service & inspection on the furnace in a home I was looking at purchasing & stated that the heat exchanger was fine. Less than 20 days after purchasing, I found out that the heat exchanger is indeed cracked & there is a monoxide leak. I then had to replace the entire furnace (elsewhere, of course).

Eli supplied and installed a furnace for me yesterday under not so great conditions. He didnt complain and went above and beyond, making sure that the chimney area was secure. He did a great job and is always excellent to communicate with. Thank you so much Eli.

Eli did the installation of our new furnace in March and recently, the hot water tank. I'd highly recommend him. He's a local small business owner who has a strong work ethic and is really good at what he does. His prices are significantly less than the large companies around GP.
