So angry right now! This office stopped being in network with my insurance as of February but they never communicated that with me until today... my cleaning was scheduled for next week!! So rude!!
I met Dr. Myint for the 1st time last week due to a problem tooth that I felt needed attention sooner than my summer cleaning appointment. From the minute I walked in, the front desk staff was very friendly and professional. My hygienist listened to my concerns and then Dr. Myint was very thorough in his explanation and took the time to make sure why I needed the work that I do. 2025: 1/5 stars. Office required appointment times very far in advance, office changed insurance carriers with little notice leaving half our family to find a new provider, office staff did not follow through on insurance related items. I decided to go to a different provider after being in pain for a month. Was a customer for 15 years and felt neglected in the end. 2021: 5/5 Friendly staff, and wonderful service!
