They love to cancel on you for cleaning or filling appointments at the last minute. Plus I was unhappy about them working on my teeth that wasn’t done right so I went to another dentist and got it handled since I was having sensitivity issue after being seen here. Plus long wait times to get scheduled. My new dentist gets me in right away. Never had any issues till last year.
Let me just start by saying the first time I wasn’t very impressed.( but I think the dentist was having a bad day that day) however I went back a second time and the dr mynt was great. I have some issues with my teeth and he explained everything to me and didn’t rush me to make a decision. The office ladies are super sweet and my hygienist was awesome. I can tell you I absolutely hate the dentist but Dr.Mynt and his staff are amazing and would 100% recommend
So angry right now! This office stopped being in network with my insurance as of February but they never communicated that with me until today... my cleaning was scheduled for next week!! So rude!!
