I had an appointment set a week in advance for 11:30 got a text reminder the day before and everything then i showed up and no one was there i called nothing left a voice mail nothing guess ill take my business else where
no one ever answers the phone. they can surely send out postcards to people. but what happens when i call to set an appointment. no answer. i left 15 voicemails no response nothing. for over a month now i been trying to make an appointment, that is just insane. SHUT THIS BUSINESS DOWN ASAP. thanks
Excellent staff TERRIBLE timing how do they expect working people to make it there in time to pay for something if your gonna close at NOON. Would also be nice if their cards actually had the times on them since they want to have outrageous hours
