I see Nathan Silvera, PA-C, he is very thorough and professional but what I must say is my favorite thing about him as my provider is his bedside manner. I will be a patient of his for as long as he is in practice due to that. Very grateful for him.
Awesome staff, Nate Silvera is awesome, very knowledgeable and respectful. The facility is always bright and clean. The office staff are always helpful and very friendly.
I showed up for an annual appointment, 15 minutes early, as specified on the automated reminder phone call and email I received regarding my appointment, waited 25 minutes to be called to the window, to be told I had no appointment. I was told “we tried to reach you”. Neither the phone call nor email I received indicated a reschedule was needed. I wasted a half day of work to sit in this office. No concern or apologies. Practitioner Nate is amazing. His is expertise of which you can be totally confident. He listens and is very patient. He's very thorough and recognizes when you need intervention. This office does not push services, as some providers do to cover their decisions or increase income.
