We used Elkstone twice to finish our basements at our old and new house and the service is exceptional. The second time, we didn't have to think twice due to the professionalism they exhibited in the first time. Keith is an amazing person to work with and design. Elkstone did a fantastic job finishing our basement. We never once felt like they were going to leave the work sub par. All of the subcontractors they used were very high quality as well. The price was comparable to other companies, though it’s also not a low cost company. We loved that they could start very quickly, and the designer really took time to work with us to make the layout great. We would absolutely recommend Elkstone. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Go with another company seriously! Nothing but a massive headache and stress. From day one we have had nothing but issues. All the pictures below are issues. From vents being installed poorly to leaving the gate open and my dogs running away. I wish we spent money with another company.
