We have used Elkstone twice now for basement remodels. They are awesome! They make the process easy. From initial consultation/design, estimate, project planning and management, to punch out...the quality of the work is excellent and the people are just the same. Our designer, Brian did a great job creating the vision and helping us with decisions along the way and Wiley, our PM, managed all of the subs so efficiently that we actually finished the project early. Elkstone did a phenomenal job finishing our basement! After interviewing several contractors, Elkstone was clearly the best for us! The dashboard was incredibly helpful and everything was on time! When there was an issue with the carpet, our project manager Paula was so responsive and on top of it! Thank you Elkstone!
David, Keith, Mackenzee, and the team at ElkStone were awesome! Project was done early (!), great and clear tracking through change orders, and deep experience regarding the basement completion process. I would strongly recommend Elkstone. They are super communicative, fast to respond and mostly importantly get the project done on time with minimal disruption to our daily lives. And great finished product! We are super happy with our basement.
We used Elkstone twice to finish our basements at our old and new house and the service is exceptional. The second time, we didn't have to think twice due to the professionalism they exhibited in the first time. Keith is an amazing person to work with and design.
