I think the Washington Elks is a terrific organization and great people with the exception of one member, Tom Michels. Tom has been sending a Washington, Missouri woman flowers for the past two years, both at her work and home. She has repeatedly asked him to stop but he continues to stalk her and bother her again. She has zero interest in this person and has asked him to stop but he choses to continue.
