Definitely a five star experience; front desk staff were extremely pleasant and welcoming. Although I arrived early, they got me in right away. Dr. Diller is the consummate professional. Relates well to patients. Attentive and never rushed. The exam was very smooth. Everything explained to my complete satisfaction. This was everything a medical appointment should be; highly recommend this clinic.
I had an appointment with Shannon Gower today, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. She was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the hearing evaluation. I left feeling well-informed and confident in the care I received. If you’re looking for an audiologist who truly listens and cares, Shannon is exceptional. Highly recommend
Had a great experience at Idaho Elks Hearing and Balance Center in Meridian! The staff was super friendly and welcoming, starting with the front desk. I had to bring in my 3 week old baby for a repeat hearing test, and the staff member who performed the test was so easy to talk to and made my anxiety over the test with a screaming baby at ease. Definitely would come back here if ever needed!
I walked in with very degraded hearing due to the dome of my hearing aid being lodged deep in my ear canal, and I walked out with that dome removed (it had been lodged in there pretty tight), new domes on both aids, and hearing well again.
