When looking for an all inclusive apartment for myself and my roommates we were glad to find Elkins Properties. The free parking and washer dryer was a deal closer for me!! Thanks to the management for taking care of all our repair needs quickly and professionally.
TERRIBLE!!! When we arrived the carpet was FILTHY!!! Luckily they didn't charge us for cleaning it. A couple weeks after said "cleaning" it was back to its old disgusting self. Only 2 of the burners on the stove worked and never got fixed despite the numbers of times we tried telling them. The worst part about this whole experience was their management and record keeping. They charged me $350 to clean a room I didn't even live in. They charged us $50 for two missing keys and when I asked whose keys they were, she had no idea... read more
