Chima was sent to address a few maintenance issues and did a great job - kept us informed and he was polite and friendly while completing the jobs efficently

Archie the maintenance man is great. Since I’ve been living here, he has always been on top of anything that I’ve needed done. He doesn’t take anything for granted. If he is unsure about something, he’s always made me aware that he would have to discuss a situation with management. He is very polite and has a good work ethic. I always appreciate his prompt assistance. Thank you, Archie, for a job well done.
