I am a new resident here and I absolutely love it. Management is friendly and kind, the building is clean, my apartment is beautiful and the the neighbors are quite. I am so happy that I chose this building. It's the perfect community.
Inability to deal with crime
This place is going downhill fast, and Lindy Communities couldn't care less. Earlier this week, two residents' catalytic converters were stolen in the middle of the night. Not a single peep from management. We found out through notes that neighbors posted in a common area, which was confirmed by police reports on the Cheltenham PD website.
