I Called to see if they could mix my can of touch up paint and was accidentally hung up on. Called back again explained to the person who answered the phone how the can had been open and was half full and asked if they could mix it for me. I was told, "sure c'mon in". Loaded up the kids and when I asked the man (who might as well of been wearing a TapOut shirt) where I could go to get the paint shaken I was told they can't do it!!! Maybe, all of your employees should be made aware of the "rules" ...
Always friendly excellent service! Check with them for any of your hardware needs always at reasonable prices!!
