Excellent service from Max. 1. Single person, knows Toyotas very well, cars well priced 2. Does not charge documentation fees like dealer, $600-$800 3. Demonstrates all the features of car 4. Outlines what the next steps are 5. Took me to DMV to make everything smooth on tag transfer 6. Very organized 7. Has repeat customers 8. I will buy my next car from Max if still alive.
