If you want a caring vet to honestly assess your pets health and not focus on money too much, Dr. Garing is the vet to go to! She truly cares about helping animals and she and her staff are knowledgeable about the issues our pets face!
Dr. Garing is the most knowledgeable, caring, devoted veterinarian I have ever known. I have lived in other areas of the state, and have never had the loving care she gives to my fur babies. Her staff is always friendly and helpful!
These folks are very knowledgeable, helpful and you can tell the really care about our furry family. We raise beagle pups and they didn't hesitate a moment when we asked to bring in a litter of 8 squirmy pups for a check all at one time. Fantastic people!
My sisters airdale terrier had surgery and she cut her from side to side for a small couple inch fatty tumor removed and she cut a nerve at the very least. Now, she is completely paralysed in only that leg and she does not have arthritis! She had minor surgery and has gotten so bad she can't even walk. She is disabled thanks to Dr. Garing of Elkin, North Carolina at Elkin Vet Care! We will be seeing her soon but she will not be the one to fix her! She has also has lost over half his body weight!!! This was the first time I had went to this vet. I was very pleased with the whole visit and they treated my puppy very well, played with him and gave him treats to make sure he wasn’t scared. Very recommended.
