Just a bad place over all. Lazy care takers, old appliances, old carpet, old flooring, old moldings, old windows that grow mold all year round. mold issues in the halls, the bathrooms, ceilings. The owner is lazy and don t care. the snow is never taken care of properly.NO UPKEEP IN 4 YEARS HERE.Bad influences keep moving in too.
I have lived here for almost a year and have seen three different sets of on site managers. The current managers (April 07) are too young and inexperienced to say the least. The female yells obscenities out of her back door at tenants and guests. Since the current management team took over the police have been here fairly regularly to address such issues as parking and tenants working on their cars in the garages that you pay extra to use; working on your car in the parking lot is against the rules. My fiancee and I have lived at Elkhorn Village for two years and in this time we have seen a lot of changes. For almost a year the management never did anything. The most they did was write nasty letters to tenants and post them all over the building. Fortunately, somebody finally noticed things werent getting done. Currently, the management that has taken over is doing a fantastic job. Theyve improved parking, building cleanliness, and grounds keeping. I wish we could take them with us when we move.
