Great experience, I had a pretty intensive job that was needed for my expedition and they coordinated and accommodated me with transportation for the duration of the service. I also had them detail my expedition and it turned out great.
I just purchased a truck recently and John and Derrick were nothing but helpful. I’ve been taking it in for regular servicing and they have been honest and things have been done in a timely manner. Thank you!
Update: After leaving my review, the manager decided to leave my business a negative review, despite the fact they are not a customer of my business. This only proves the fact this business and management needs work. Also, their entire response is just a long list of excuses. The fact is, they installed a new engine in a car that blew up 1000 miles later, and refuse to fix anything. Instead they want me to pay almost $10,000 to install a new engine a 2nd time. I was a struggling mom trying to find transportation after my car had gotten totaled. John had worked for a good hour helping to find all my options to see what would work best with my single income. I Settled on a used car that was in great condition for it's age and still regret letting that car go. I no longer live in the area but will always name drop them to family and friends in WI.
