RecommendedI needed a new wiring harness on our truck and they got me in and on my way quickly. They were friendly and helpful when I called for an appointment and just as friendly and helpful when I arrived. They did nice work and it looks nice. We then needed a new receiver and ball and my husband went in and received the same friendly service. I highly recommend them!

Worst experience ever. Their negligence could have cost me my freedom. They installed their equipment on my explorer knowing it was too heavy and a a result I lost my tow vehicle. Also did not give me a full refund.
I have been to Elkhart Hitch three times this spring for an electric break install, look over my hitch setup, and solved a light issue on my tow vehicle. All three times they were slammed and all three times they worked me in and in record time. I won’t go to anyone else for my hitch/trailer setup needs.

The guys at Elkhart Hitch are professional and friendly. They were able to answer all my questions and teach me a few things along the way. they are the best! I wont go anywhere else but to these guys!..
Glenn and his employees are top-notch. They do things correctly the first time are pretty fast and very reasonable with their charges. He has squeezed me in to help me out of an urgent situation more than once when he was busy. From what I could see they carry high quality stuff and not cheap brands.
