I’ve generally had a positive experience at the Elkhart Health & Aquatics Center, aside from feeling it’s a bit pricey. However, I wanted to share some feedback regarding a frustrating incident last weekend. During my son’s swimming lesson, we waited 20 minutes past the scheduled start time because the instructor hadn’t arrived. Unfortunately, the staff on deck were unsure of what was happening and didn’t have any updates for us.
