I went in around 3 a.m. because I was in severe pain and genuinely unwell. Unfortunately, my experience at the front desk was very upsetting. The woman working there treated me poorly from the moment I arrived. I was not dressed well, and I felt she may have been making assumptions about me or my insurance. I believe she was the night manager; she had dark hair, but I did not get her name. Don't waste your time , I brought my wife here for a ear infection and we will never return .... she has had multiple ear surgeries over the years and can not get any liquid in her ears she even wears ear plugs to shower ... they wanted to give her ear drops after she explained she cannot put any liquid in her ears the attitude of the nurse and doctor changed .. they tried to push ear drops on her and then give her antibiotics that she can't take with out diflucan due to thrush .
