So to begin when I get to emergency department and there's 3 people in line and 2 behind glass and we still wait for 15 mins. Finally get helped they didn't take my insurance info as it has changed since last time I was hear. 2 1/2 hour's later I'm still waiting and there's only 4 people total waiting. This place needs some attention on retraining the people behind the glass. This will be my last time EVER COMING HERE!!!!!!!! I WILL go else where from now on.

Had to go in for an emergency recently and was very grateful for the team working there that day. It was right at the tail end of tornadoes coming through the city, so, the hospital was already stretched thin– but we were met with professionalism throughout by every staff member involved with our situation.
