Longest wait of my life. Unprofessional staff.
I was denied adequate pain medication and mobility aids when I have unspecified scoliosis and confirmed muscle spasms (in the neck area that caused migraines and put me at risk for falls) from my urgent care visit when I was under this hospital's 'psych ward' care, until I persistently pressed for help of staff to the point I was regularly having inconsistence issues due to stress and lack of pain mediation alongside other persistent issues. I am so glad I went here vs Saint Joe where I normally go. They took care of me fully and made sure I knew it was good to get checked even if it just turned up to be another HG pregnancy which was huge they were very attentive and heard my worries and tested what I wanted to be tested also sent in a new med for me to try doctor was very nice and my second nurse was the sweetest❤️
